The Powhatan County Fair would like to thank you for your interest in the 2012 Miss Powhatan County Fair pageant.
Please read all information regarding the pageant and your division. If you have any questions, contact Beth Smith, EdwsSK [at] aol.com.
The divisions for the Miss Powhatan County Fair pageant are as follows: Tiny Miss (ages 4-6), Little Miss (ages 7-9), Pre Teen Miss (ages 10-12), and Miss (ages 16-20).
All contestants need to arrive at 3:45 and check in with the pageant coordinator. Practice will begin at 4:00 and the pageant will begin promptly at 4:30. Please arrive on time. If you are not in line, you will not participate.
Tiny Miss, Little Miss, and Pre Teen Miss contestants will need to wear either a church dress or a pageant dress. Clothing must be age appropriate and in good taste. Tiny Miss, Little Miss, and Pre Teen Miss contestants may not wear make up. All contestants will be introduced. Contestants will be asked an on stage question from their bio.
Miss contestants will need an evening gown. Clothing must be age appropriate and in good taste. All contestants will be introduced. Contestants will be asked an on stage question from their bio. Miss contestants need to prepare a 1 (one) minute speech on a platform of their choice. Speech must be memorized.
