Is it the tantalizing aromas, delicious tasty treats, exciting sights in
the exhibit hall or the sounds of the farm that keep families looking for
good, wholesome fun coming back to the Powhatan County Fair?
The 90th Annual Powhatan County Fair -- one of Virginia's longest-running
fairs -- is a family tradition. It features concerts from rising entertainers,
community displays, fabulous
foods, fun activities for kids of all ages and exciting contests for the
young-at- heart.
Fairgoers enjoy the thrill of the exciting midway rides and games,
browsing the exhibits featuring one-of-a-kind crafts, horticulture
& photography and new farm equipment demonstrations. But, it gets
bigger and better with each passing year ... you
can try hands-on activities such as the petting zoo, enter
as-much-as -you can eat competitions, or see other agricultural shows. So
join us ... bring your family ... sit back and watch the live music and stage
performances, be a part of the
hand-clapping gospel concert or meet up with you friends and neighbors.
We're sure you will stay a spell!
